I have been on The Gold Standard Protein shake now for 3 weeks and have lost without sacrificing nutrition almost 10 pounds. That weight will stay off as the proteins give me energy and help my matabolism. I eat anything with protein (all meats, all fish, all cheese) with water and fruit and veggies. It is great to feel great!
